Shipping Policy

At Wilderkind Studio, we’re proud of our fast shipping and secure, protective packaging. We want your order to arrive safely and smoothly, and we work hard to get it out the door quickly!

Shipping Carrier & Methods

We ship all orders via USPS using the shipping method you select at checkout.

Processing Times

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible:

  • Single duck orders: Ship within 1 business day

  • Bulk package orders: Ship within 2–3 business days

Processing time refers to how long it takes us to prepare and pack your order before it is handed off to USPS.

We will always do our best to accommodate shipping requests whenever possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Tracking & Carrier Responsibility

Once your shipping label has been created and your package is scanned by USPS, the shipment is officially in the carrier’s hands.

While we completely sympathize with shipping delays or delivery issues, Wilderkind Studio is not liable for:

  • USPS delays

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but missing from your locked mailbox, building office, or delivery location

  • Carrier mishandling or delivery errors

If your package is delayed or missing after being marked delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim or inquiry with:

  • USPS, and/or

  • Your local post office, building office, or property management

We’ll Support You

We’re always happy to help you troubleshoot and will provide tracking details if needed. However, as a small business, we cannot offer free replacement merchandise or free shipping due to carrier-related issues.
