Refund & Return Policy

At Wilderkind Studio, most of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order specifically for each customer. Because of the unique nature of our products, we ask that customers review all order details carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Items produced specifically for a customer

  • Sale or clearance items

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. If your item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item

  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace eligible items at no additional cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

Wilderkind Studio is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

However, we understand that shipping issues can occur and will do our best to assist customers with carrier claims or provide replacement options when available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

Color, Finish & 3D Printing Variations

Many Wilderkind Studio products are created using 3D printing technology and may exhibit minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, or finish. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Because colors may appear differently on various screens and devices, slight color variations between product photos and the finished product may occur.

Customization Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, names, and customization details before submitting an order.

Wilderkind Studio is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

If we make an error in personalization or customization, we will correct the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
