Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wilderkind Studio!

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

All orders are carefully designed, produced, packed, and shipped from our studio in Florida.

Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most custom and made-to-order items require 2-3 business days for production before shipping. Orders are typically shipped the following business day after production is complete.

Large Custom Orders

Orders containing more than 10 custom items may require additional processing time. Please allow approximately one week for production and contact us before ordering if you need an exact timeline or have a specific event date.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using:

  • USPS

  • FedEx

FedEx shipments include a $1.00 handling fee.

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Packaging

We take great care in preparing every order for shipment. All items are securely wrapped and packed in sturdy shipping boxes designed to help protect your purchase during transit.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, peak shipping seasons, customs processing, or other transit issues are the responsibility of the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to USPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier.

Wilderkind Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages while in transit.

However, we understand that shipping issues can be frustrating and will do our best to assist customers with carrier claims when possible. In some situations, we may be able to offer a discounted replacement item at our discretion.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Wilderkind Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping box

  • Any packing materials

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace eligible items at no additional cost.
