Custom Orders & Personalized Items Policy

Thank you for choosing Wilderkind Studio! We love creating personalized and custom-made products for our customers. Please review the following information before placing your order.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. This includes personalized items, custom designs, event favors, and products created to your requested specifications.

Because these items are produced specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold once production begins.

Customer Responsibility for Personalization Details

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, wording, colors, quantities, and customization details before submitting your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate.

Wilderkind Studio is not responsible for errors submitted during checkout, including:

  • Misspelled names

  • Incorrect dates

  • Incorrect wording

  • Incorrect quantities

  • Incorrect shipping information

If an error is discovered before production begins, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate corrections.

Production Time

Most personalized and custom orders require approximately 2-3 business days for production before shipping.

Large custom orders, event orders, and bulk purchases may require additional production time.

Orders containing more than 10 personalized items may require up to one week or longer depending on current production schedules.

If you have an event deadline, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order to confirm production and shipping timelines.

Event & Wedding Orders

Customers are responsible for ordering early enough to allow adequate time for production and shipping.

We recommend placing wedding, party, and event orders well in advance of your event date.

Wilderkind Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Design, Color & Material Variations

Many Wilderkind Studio products are created using 3D printing technology.

As a result, minor variations may occur, including:

  • Slight color differences

  • Minor surface texture variations

  • Visible layer lines consistent with 3D printing

  • Small differences between production batches

These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on monitor, phone, and tablet settings.

Bulk Orders

For larger custom orders, wedding favors, corporate gifts, promotional products, and event items, customers are encouraged to contact us before placing their order.

Production timelines for bulk orders vary depending on quantity, customization requirements, and current production capacity.

Cancellations

Custom and personalized orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations, refunds, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, or

  • We made an error in the personalization or customization.

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.
